Medicaid: our office only accepts Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPWA) through WA Apple Health
PLEASE NOTE All other WA Apple Health Plans are out of network / acupuncture is not covered
Medicare: our office only accepts Kaiser Medicare Advantage plans.
We are not currently accepting new patients for Aetna or UHC Medicare Advantage plans.
Non-Insurance Rates
If your insurance does not provide acupuncture coverage, we offer a discounted time of service rate.
Initial consult with treatment: $175 - $195
Follow up acupuncture treatment: $75
Follow up re-evaluation with treatment: $100 - $110
Add-on services are separate from acupuncture treatment:
Manual therapy (cupping, guasha) / trigger point acupuncture: +$25
Moxibustion, Aromatherapy: +$10
In-Home postpartum acupuncture visits are an out-of-pocket expense and not billable to insurance
In-home postpartum visit: $200
