+ How should I prepare for my first appointment?
Please ensure your new patient forms have been completed online at least 2 days prior to your appointment.
On the day of your appointment wear loose fitting clothing, and make sure you've eaten & hydrated a few hours prior to your appointment. You can read more in depth details about the acupuncture treatment process here.
+ Does INWA Accept Insurance?
Yes. Information regarding insurance billing & non-insurance rates is available here. Please call the office to inquire with specific questions.
+ What services does INWA offer?

INWA specializes in acupuncture for female reproductive health, meaning acupuncture for fertility and all things periods, pregnancy, and postpartum. We also support digestive health, sleep, and anxiety.

Please note: In order to accommodate urgent referrals, such as breech baby & acute injuries, online scheduling is intentionally limited. If you don't see an appointment that works for you online, please call (509)240-9339 or email the office for additional availability.
+ Where is INWA located?
We are located in the Spokane Valley, within the Health Village on Pines Rd & Cataldo Ave just north of Broadway. Our address is 909 N Pines Rd, Spokane Valley WA 99206. Park in the parking lot off of Cataldo and walk back to the 909 building.
+ Where do I park?
Parking is located behind the building, just off of Cataldo Ave. From Pines, turn onto Cataldo Ave - the parking lot has a childrens play area in it, park here then walk back to the 909 building.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will automatically be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
